Are Democrat Midwest states in play?

Democrats see danger signs in states they’ve carried for decades

In Rust Belt states where Hillary Clinton has not fully engaged, what is particularly striking is how many voters have reservations about Donald Trump — yet are still thinking of giving him their vote.
If those states are turning into swing states, so are Utah and Arizona which have been traditionally Republican states.  In both instances, they are a reflection of how unpopular both nominees are.
