Climate kooks influencing the courts?

Climate Activists Are Influencing Judges to Rule in Their Favor Using This ‘Educational’ Program

It is around 8:45 in the morning in this part of Texas, and the temperature is a pleasant 75 degrees.  That does not look like climate change to me. The courts should ignore the climate kooks who are the Chicken Littles of the weather business.
