This raw image of a frail Biden shatters the false narrative of vitality pushed by his team, proving what President Trump and his supporters have long claimed: the Left orchestrated a deliberate cover-up to hide Biden’s unfitness for leadership.
The gash, fresh and prominent, ties to Biden’s recent Mohs surgery for skin cancer, as confirmed by his representative to The Post on September 4, 2025. “It looks fresh, a little hair combed over the scar. It looks to me like someone who had several basal cells, skin cancers removed from his head,” Karger observed. This follows a 2023 procedure to remove a basal cell carcinoma from Biden’s chest.
Far more alarming, however, is his May 2025 diagnosis of Stage 4 prostate cancer, which had spread to his bones. The fact that this aggressive cancer went undetected by his White House medical team until it reached such an advanced stage points to either gross negligence or a calculated effort to keep the public in the dark.

I thought Joe Biden was looking pretty wobbly while he was still presdient. The prostate cancer could have been the cause of his unstable gait.
