British judge rules on the limits of flirting on a date, really

High Court judge hands down guide to flirting at work
The headline is a bit misleading since the events at issue took place at a dinner date away from work.  But the judge's decision was basically "no harm, no foul."  With all the sexual harassment claims these days it appears that both sexes need some guidance on teh rules of flirting and the limits allowable.
