ISIL still winning in Iraq

Long War Journal:

Islamic State overruns Iraqi military base in Anbar
The battle took place near Fallujah and it is another example of the failure of Iraq security forces.  Several were captured and I suspect they will be executed if ISIL follows its past practice.
