Hispanics not flocking to Obamacare in California

LA Times:

State's uninsured Latinos stay away from Obamacare
Only 20 percent of enrollees described themselves as "Latino" by the end of December.   That has to be a disappointment to the administration and Democrats who support the healthcare monstrosity.
