Google changed their search pattern reducing hits on some conservative sites by half. It also demonitized YouTube videos by some conservatives. Facebook and Twitter actually block some conservative viewpoints.
So net neutrality was more about keeping Netflix feeding at watchable speeds than being actually neutral.
I think the free market can do a good job of forcing service providers to deliver the best speed they can for all their content. But right now dominant search engines and social media also feel free to discriminate against conservatives.
