ISIS is near a collapse

The problem now is that the collapse of ISIS is allowing the Iraqis to focus on retaking areas from the Kurds who helped to slow the advance of ISIS and also helped to defeat it. I think this move suggests the nefarious opportunism of the Iranians who also fear Kurdish independence.
