Trump is not the first President to look down on a court ruling

Some have compared Trump to Andrew Jackson.  In his disdain for certain court rulings, they do have something in common.

It should be noted that this is not the first controversial ruling by this judge.

He does appear to be a judge who goes off the judicial reservation on occasion.
