Ted Cruz was right about Washington
Washington Post:
Those who were unhappy with his attempt to make them live up to their political promises should be chastened by the 2016 campaign. Cruz and Trump got around 70 percent of the vote in the GOP primaries. That suggest they were more in touch with the voters than the GOP leadership was.
Ted Cruz built a brand on being the most-hated man in Washington. Now what?
The obstructor-in-chief role didn’t get him to the White House. But could it be useful down the road?
