Islamic terrorist compete to see who can commit the most mass murders for Allah attacks?

The competition between the two groups, first provoked by differing strategies in Syria, will be hard to stamp out even if armies can weaken the jihadists in the Middle East and Africa.
It tells you something about the perversity of their religious beliefs.  It also tells you something about the failure of the Obama administration to effectively deal with the terrorist threat.   Radical Islam continues to be at war with civilization and this administration dare not speak its name because it thinks Muslims are too unintelligent to distinguish between being at war with radical Islam and being at war with Islam.  It must be their anti Muslim bias.

Neither group has been neutralized or contained  by this administration
