Koch Brothers see 5 potential GOP nominees they could support

The Hill:
Conservative donors Charles and David Koch are not ruling out backing a candidate in the Republican presidential primary process — and have honed in on five contenders they believe could get elected.

Charles Koch told USA Today on Tuesday they believe former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Sen. Marco Rubio (Fla.), Sen. Rand Paul (Ky.) and Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas) all have "a good chance of getting elected."

"Those are the ones we have talked to the most and who seem to be the possible leaders," he told the newspaper.

"What we've told them all is that right now, we're not supporting anyone," he said. "We're telling them that if they want our support, one way to get it is articulating a good message to help Americans get a better understanding and a better appreciation of how certain policies … will benefit them and will benefit all America."
...
An earlier NY Times story said they were likely to back Walker, but it appears they have not ruled out other possible candidates including Cruz.   They have made it clear that it is still early in the process and they are not ruling out others that may rise to the top.
