As the Russian atomic energy agency gradually took charge of a company that controls one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States, a stream of cash made its way to former President Bill Clinton’s charitable organization.

This looks like a quid pro quo in the selling of US national security.  It looks like an inexplicable betrayal.  Will we get the typical Clinton response that this is a "distraction" and a refusal to answer any questions about this very questionable conduct?
