Billionaire Koch brothers make push to court Latinos, alarming many Democrats


The brothers, supporters of Republicans who oppose citizenship for illegal immigrants, are now funding services for them.
Democrats are not particular alarmed about eh utter failure of the Obama administration's foreign policy from Russia to the Middle East and Africa, but the thought that Hispanics might support Republicans is really scary.
