Texas response to illegal immigration having an effect

Homeland Security is taking the credit, but the real game changer was the response in Texas to the illegal invasion.  Setting up a massive number of cameras on the border to locate those sneaking across and adding manpower to the border by Texas law enforcement  turned things around.
