Court should throw out Perry indictment

Legal Analysis: Perry Indictment Will Get Thrown Out by a Judge, or Rejected by a Jury
The judge assigned this case should be able to quash the indictments without a trial since there is no real question of disputed facts in the case.  It comes down to a question of law and the appellate courts have already ruled that the conduct Perry engaged in does not violate the statute in one count and the other makes a misreading of the statute that would make it unconstitutional as a violation of the 1st amendment.
