Travis Co. DA can't be trusted on political prosecutions

NY Times:

Texas v. Perry Stems From Tangled Political Feud

The conflict between Republicans who control Texas state government and a Democratic district attorney’s office has been playing out for years.
The DA's office in Travis county is like a ref who calls balls and strikes differently when there are Republicans at the plate. They have a history of ridiculous prosecutions of Republicans.  The Public Integrity prosecutions should be moved to the AG's office.
