Court sides with Democrat vote fraud on voter ID

AP:
A federal court has ruled against a Texas law that would require voters to present photo IDs to election officials before being allowed to cast ballots in November.
A three-judge panel in Washington ruled Thursday that the law imposes "strict, unforgiving burdens on the poor" and noted that racial minorities in Texas are more likely to live in poverty.
...
This is a bad decision.  What they should have done was upheld the law and thrown out the Voting Rights Act to the extent it conflicted with a reasonable law to stop Democrat voter fraud.  It is absurd to suggest that this was an "unforgiving burden on the poor" when the ID cost them nothing and is available even after they vote.  That finding makes no sense.  Since minority voting actually increased in states with voter ID a central premise of the DOJ case failed.
