DOJ bows to political realities on interrogations

Justice Dept. won’t bring charges over CIA interrogations

This was one of those things Obama did to please the kook base of the Democrat party, but he knows that most voters think it a betrayal of people who were trying to protect us from terrorist attacks and whose works did just that.  To go forward with prosecuting them would have been a political disaster for Obama and the Democrats.
