Truckers' anti mandate convoy heads for Washington

Epoch Times: ‘Government Overreach Is Coming to an End’: Massive Truck Convoy Heading to Washington After Ottawa They are exposing the double standard of the Biden administration and Canada where there are mandates for licensed truckers but none for illegal aliens flooding the country by the millions.  It is an insane policy that is not sustainable.  Stop the illegals and free the truckers from the mandates.

Trump makes the case for defending the Texas border instead of Ukraine's

Washington Examiner: ... "Normally a nation has to lose a war to lose its border, and yet our borders have been surrendered," he (Trump) said, drawing a stark contrast between the current surge and the "great secure border" the nation enjoyed during his term. ... "Everyone in Washington is obsessing over how to protect Ukraine's border, but the most important border in the world right now for us is not  Ukraine's . It's America's  border ," he said. "The first duty of the American president is to defend the American border." But Trump did analogize the need for borders in the U.S. to the uncertain sovereignty plaguing nations such as  Ukraine  and  Taiwan. "Illegal aliens are pouring in by the millions and millions.  China  is threatening Taiwan. Iran is on the cusp of a nuclear bomb. Russia may take over Ukraine," he said, rattling off his assessment of President Joe Biden's failures. Trump said the recent escalati...

Biden insults 'feel good' to NY Times reporter

Red States: NYT Goes Full-Bore Delusional Explaining How Biden Attacking Doocy Was 'Feel-Good Moment' ... We all know that if it had been Trump, it would be covered without end, with attacks and nightly analysis about how evil Trump was, and how this “attack on democracy” would incite attacks on the media. Indeed, the NY Times media correspondent made sure to say how different the Doocy-Biden exchange was from the mean Trump, and then he tried to blame Trump for an attack on media by a crazy person. That of course is a low and undeserved blow. The media owes Trump about a million apologies for their false coverage of him, and the effort to undermine his presidency. Even now, when the subject is Biden’s problems, you still have this correspondent using this as an occasion to try to attack Trump. Talk about bias. Now, the media isn’t living in reality when it comes to Biden. They don’t care that this isn’t the first time he’s attacked reporters or called them names. ... Many ...

The 2020 shadow campaign rigging the election for Joe Biden

William Doyle: ... The hypothesis is that a deeply corrupted corporate media, Big Tech censorship, legally questionable intervention by the courts, and infiltration of key election offices by lavishly funded Democratic activists resulted in “heavy-handed election interference of a kind we have never seen before” that decisively “rigged” the 2020 election in favor of Joe Biden. The WSJ editorial board would know this if they had read this , this , this , this , this , this , or our work on the role of Big Tech money in Wisconsin’s 2020 election. All of these studies present indisputable evidence of a “rigged election” in Wisconsin and in other key swing states, where the highly partisan distribution of big Center for Tech and Civic Life money, and obvious election interference by CTCL-funded election offices, was more than sufficient to flip those states toward Biden. ... By injecting more than $419 million of Mark Zuckerberg’s money, laundered through the CTCL and the Center for...

Truckers Convoy: Why The Mainstream Media Blackout?!

Russel Brand makes the case for the trucker convoy in Canada.  It is an anti-mandate protest and not a vaccine protest.  A majority of the truckers are vaccinated. See, also: Military Whistleblowers May Blow Up the COVID Vaccine Narrative ... WATCH the testimony of Attorney Thomas Renz:

Texas struggles to prosecute illegals' trespassing

NY Times: Cases Dismissed, Judges Replaced: Texas Struggles to Prosecute Migrants Texas is having to deal with Biden's obvious dereliction of duty when it comes to illegal immigration and the damages they are imposing on Texas citizens.   It is yet another reasons why Biden should be impeached for his failure to enforce US immigration laws.

Majority of Americans say Democrats too liberal

Newsmax: A solid majority of voters say Democrats in Congress are too liberal in their ideology and agree with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and do not want to "fundamentally transform America," the latest Rasmussen Reports poll found. Not only do 55% of likely voters see Democrats as too liberal on issues, but an even stronger 64% agree with McConnell's quote made after Democrats failed to pass partisan election reforms. The poll asked voters if they agreed with McConnell's statement: "The American people are closely divided ... There's not a mandate to fundamentally transform America into something it's never been. That's not what the voters voted for." Even a majority of Democrats (53%) agreed, and there were 42% of all voters who strongly agreed and just 20% who disagreed, according to the poll. ... It is also clear that Democrats either misread the results of the 2020 election or sought to take advantage of a slim majority...

Biden's billion dollar test deal with Chicoms

Washington Free Beacon: The Biden administration’s decision to award over a billion dollars to a Chinese company that manufactures coronavirus test kits has prompted outrage from congressional Republicans. Rep. Michael Waltz (R., Fla.) compared the Pentagon's decision to award a $1.3 billion contract to iHealth, a subsidiary of China’s Andon Health Co. Ltd. that will supply millions of COVID-19 tests to the United States, to "paying the arsonist for helping put out the fire." Waltz said he was concerned that the deal further endangers America’s supply chains and that the United States cannot be reliant on a hostile country such as China, where the virus originated. ... There is more. That this makes sense to Biden and his administration tells you how out of touch they are.  It also tells you about the lack of eladership in rallying US companies to provide needed test kits.

Media ignoring the Democrat corruption

I&I: It’s a curious thing: Obvious, credible signs about a prominent political family emerge, but federal authorities at the Justice Department and elsewhere do nothing. Meanwhile, leftist media “watchdogs,” in a classic case of gaslighting, pretend that nothing has happened. So it is with Joe Biden and his errant son, Hunter. A new book (“ Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win “) by investigative researcher and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer makes a powerful case that the Biden family has profited handsomely from its cozy ties to China’s ruling Communist regime. The book claims that, all in all, the Bidens raked in  close to $31 million from deals  in China with individuals having close ties to the Chinese government. “In sum, each deal the Bidens secured in China was via a businessman with deep ties at the highest levels of Chinese intelligence. And in each case there appears to be little discernible business or ...

Illegal alien charged with murder of Harris County deputy

Fox News: The suspect charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a Texas corporal during a Houston traffic stop last weekend is a citizen of El Salvador and previously entered the U.S. illegally, ICE confirmed Thursday. Jose Oscar Rosales, a 50-year-old citizen of El Salvador, was arrested Wednesday in Ciudad de Acuña, Mexico, for the killing of Harris County Corporal Charles Galloway. SUSPECT IN TEXAS CORPORAL'S SHOOTING DEATH NABBED IN MEXICO "Rosales previously illegally entered the U.S. on an unknown date and at unknown location without inspection or parole by U.S. immigration officials and later fled to Mexico after allegedly murdering a Harris County (Texas) Constables Office deputy," an ICE spokesperson confirmed to Fox News. U.S. immigration officials lodged a detainer with the Val Verde County Detention Center in Del Rio, Texas, for Rosales Wednesday shortly after he was returned to the U.S. from Mexico. After the deadly traffic stop early Sunday, R...

Pennsylvania court nixes unlimited mail-in voting

Politico: A Pennsylvania state court on Friday struck down the law allowing any voter to cast a ballot by mail, handing a victory to Republican lawmakers who sought to curtail the practice amid former President Donald Trump’s attacks on mail voting. A panel of judges from Pennsylvania’s commonwealth court ruled that Act 77 — which passed out of the state legislature with bipartisan support and was signed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf in 2019 — violated the state constitution. State Attorney General Josh Shapiro, also a Democrat, said the ruling would be appealed to the state Supreme Court, which turned back other challenges to the law in 2020 and has a generally liberal bent. ... There is a deep distrust of mail-in voting, especially among Republicans.  Texas has found that mail-vote fraud is the most prosecuted voting irregularity.  See, also: Pennsylvania Court Rules State’s Mail-In-Voting Law Is ‘Unconstitutional’ And:  Election Law That Helped Make Joe Biden Pre...

Voter exhaustion with Biden

Ed Morrissey: ... This is what happens when Biden’s team gets worried about media outlets talking to people outside the Acela corridor, it seems. Our friend Charlie Spiering couldn’t quite believe it: Morrissey’s First Rule of Dating and Politics applies here:  Desperation is not an aphrodisiac . (I have extensively field tested this rule, you can be assured.) The art of spin is a light enough touch to either make it humorous or to draw attention to some hostile bias. This is so heavy-handed as to make the Biden administration’s desperation for a fresh narrative obvious, plus it does nothing but attract attention to CNN’s  sympathetic  treatment of Biden. They went out of their way to focus on Biden’s collapsing number of supporters, and even the White House has now recognized that it still makes them look bad. ... I suppose exhaustion is what Biden supporters are feeling.  Those of us who did not support him to begin with feel justified in our earlier assessme...

Vulnerable Democrats avoid Biden

Axios: Democrats in swing states and vulnerable districts in this year's pivotal midterms are distancing themselves from President Biden on social media as his poll numbers hit their lowest point . Why it matters: The digital distance is one sign of the concern candidates feel about a person they'd normally embrace. Incumbent presidents — including one who believes he needs to come to their hometowns to sell his message — would normally be political gold for candidates from the same party. Details: Swing-state Senate candidates like Abby Finkenauer in Iowa, Val Demings in Florida and Cheri Beasley in North Carolina, who might face tough general election races if they win their primaries, have avoided tweeting about Biden. ... Many Democrats in front-line districts have also stopped mentioning the president on their campaign accounts since Sept. 1, per data compiled by Quorum and reviewed by Axios. ... The September date corresponds with the Afghan debacle.  There are also doz...

Border Patrol frustration mounts

Fox News: Border Patrol agents get into heated exchange with leadership during Mayorkas visit, leaked video shows   Border agents charge that 'you keep releasing criminal aliens into the country' Biden's border policies are aiding and abetting violations of immigration laws and allowing dangerous drugs into the country that are killing many young people.  Biden's border policies are worthy of impeachment.  We need a Congress that is willing to do its job since Biden is clearly not going to do what the laws require.  These agents deserve better than they are getting from this administration. What is Putin up to?

Joel Gehrke: US accuses Russia of trying to regain 'former empire' as UN clash looms Putin appears to be using Ukraine as his excuse to stop NATO expansion into Eastern Europe.  Ukraine is no serious threat to Russia nor are the Eastern European countries who want to be a part of NATO.  NATO is a defense pact and not an empire.  Putin's response to the expansion of the defense pact is to threaten aggression which makes those people see the need for NATO even more. ... ... "The questions on the table on Monday really go to the heart of the UN Charter — whether one country can militarily threaten or invade its neighbor ... even whether a former empire can use force to wrench its former territory from a sovereign nation.” ... Putin's mistake is seeing NATO as a competing empire.  It is a mistake that threatens war.

Canadian ducks trucks

Jeffrey Tucker: Justin Trudeau Ducks the Great Trucker Revolt   The resistance reveals itself always in unexpected ways. As I type, thousands of truckers (numbers are in flux and are in dispute) are part of a 50-mile-long convoy in   Canada , headed to the capital city of Ottawa in protest against an egregious vaccine mandate imposed by Prime Minister   Justin Trudeau . They will be joined upon arrival by vast numbers of protestors who are defying the restrictions, closures, and mandates of the last nearly two years. The triple-vaccinated Trudeau, meanwhile, has decided that he has to go into deep hiding because he was exposed to Covid. A clean, ruling-class, fit, and fashionable lefty like him cannot be expected to face such a pathogen directly. As a member of the vanguard of the lockdown elite, he must never take risks (however small) and must keep himself safe. It is merely a matter of coincidence that he will be locked away in hiding as the truckers arrive tog...

Biden nominee would have Americans freezing in the dark

Washington Examiner: O il and gas industry groups are coming out strongly against a top Biden  Federal Reserve  nominee who has called for the financial sector to pull investment away from  fossil fuels. Forty-one trade associations told  Senate Banking Committee  leadership on Friday that policies favored by Sarah Bloom Raskin, who is up for vice chairwoman for supervision at the Fed, would "wreak havoc" on the U.S. economy if enacted. BIDEN AND EU CALL ON GAS PRODUCERS TO HAVE EUROPE'S BACK AS RUSSIA THREATENS "Oil and natural gas provide the feedstock for thousands of products used every day, from anything with a computer chip to the COVID vaccines that have saved millions of lives across the globe," the groups wrote Chairman Sherrod Brown and ranking member Pat Toomey. The trade groups include the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Western Energy Alliance, and the Appalachia-based Marcellus Shale Coalition. The groups also maintain Raski...

The mistake of ignoring natural immunity to Covid

Wall Street Journal: Public-health officials ruined many lives by insisting that workers with natural immunity to Covid-19 be fired if they weren’t fully vaccinated. But after two years of accruing data, the superiority of natural immunity over vaccinated immunity is clear. By firing staff with natural immunity, employers got rid of those least likely to infect others. It’s time to reinstate those employees with an apology. For most of last year, many of us called for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to release its data on reinfection rates, but the agency refused. Finally last week, the CDC released data from New York and California, which demonstrated natural immunity was 2.8 times as effective in preventing hospitalization and 3.3 to 4.7 times as effective in preventing Covid infection compared with vaccination. Yet the CDC spun the report to fit its narrative, bannering the conclusion “vaccination remains the safest strategy.” It based this conclusion on the fin...

Anti-energy judge blocks drilling permits

Washington Examiner: Federal judge throws out Gulf of Mexico offshore oil lease sale The greenhouse gas argument is without merit.  We already know that alternative energy "solutions" are inadequate and undependable.  This judge would leave Americans to freeze in the dark.
