The wishful thinking of the libs--Trump demise if overrated

President Donald Trump was spotted Saturday morning ahead of a golf outing in Virginia with his grandchildren, officially debunking a sickening death hoax spread by the radical left.

It is unclear exactly when or where the hoax originated, though the majority of posts on the matter pointed to the president’s lack of public appearances since Tuesday. An august 27 interview from Vice President JD Vance was also cited by hoaxers, particularly when he said he was “ready to step in if there was a terrible tragedy,” when asked a generic question about the role of vice president.

Based on this sort of flimsy “evidence,” left-wing extremists took to social media to gleefully celebrate Trump’s supposed death. “They’re putting orange paint and a wig on vance as we speak,” wrote political streamer Vaush, a far-left extremist who once revealed that he has a stash of “horse porn” on his computer.

“I don’t care if Trump is still alive, I’m going to like every post I see that says he’s dead. Put it out into the cosmos,” wrote another left-wing X user, garnering 70,000 likes. Others posted demonic imagery wishing death upon the president, something that was also done when he contracted COVID-19 in 2020.

The hoax was also amplified by mainstream left-wing political commentators. “Is Donald Trump alive, right now? I don’t I’m asking the question literally, I mean he probably is, but where is Trump?” said left-wing political commentator David Pakman, who spent months claiming President Joe Biden was not exhibiting signs of cognitive decline. He went on to claim that Trump “had not been seen” for three whole days before claiming his TruthSocial posts were being written by AI.

The vile hoax was fully debunked by Saturday morning, however, when the president was seen ahead of a planned golf outing with his grandchildren in Virginia.

There was literally no merit to the claim of Trump's demise.  But it does expose the hatred of the left towards a president who has just won reelection.  While I have confidence in JD Vance, I am glad Trump is still with us.  It is not unusual to find him on the golf course on the weekends.

Drones appear to be replacing jets for many operations.  The Russia-Ukraine war is an example of that.  Drones are often hard to detect and can be used for intelligence operations as well as for attacking enemy targets.  It would not surprise me to see drones engaging other drones in combat.  They also cost much less than manned fighters.

Apple's huge investment in US including Texas facility

Blaze: Apple announced a $500 billion commitment to infrastructure in the United States over four years, its largest commitment to domestic spending to date. Apple said it will expand teams and facilities in Arizona, California, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and Washington as part of its new spending. With a new facility in Houston, Texas, Apple will reportedly double its investment in advanced manufacturing along with increasing investments in AI and silicon engineering. The company said in a press release that the Houston facility will produce servers to support Apple Intelligence, the "personal intelligence system that helps users write, express themselves, and get things done." ... The Texas facility will be for advanced technologies.   Texas has become a place that is very supportive of the tech industries.  Austin and Houston have seen much of the tech growth in the state.  Texas universities have been active in the AI field.
