The decline of the Dems

Bob Hoge:

Democrats continue to find themselves on the wrong side of almost every issue, from men playing in women’s sports to DEI to sanctuary cities, illegal immigration, and deportation. Despite the fact that the DNC’s finances are in the tank and the money continues to pour into the GOP coffers, Democrat voter registration is cratering, and they apparently have no leader besides the increasingly bizarre California Gov. Gavin Newsom, they don’t seem to have learned a single lesson.

As President Trump has focused on the crime plaguing our cities, the Dems have wailed and whined and said, “How dare he send the National Guard to D.C.? Crime is not a problem!”

Voters, apparently, disagree, at least according to a new AP-NORC poll released Wednesday. The numbers are simple and stark: Americans are fed up with lawlessness in this country.

The poll showed that 81% of Americans agree that crime is a "major issue," including 96% of Republicans and 68% of Democrats, and 72% of Independents say the same.

Further, 53% of Americans approve of the methods by which Trump is combating crime.

...

The Democrats must not be paying attention to their own polls.  Why are they siding with the criminals?  There is also the fact that the National Guard had an immediate impact in reducing crime.  It has long been known that you can reduce crime by increasing the force-to-space ratio in an area.  That is exactly what happened in DC when the Guard was there to help the police.

So as Trump continues to win for the American people — in everything from the ending the illegal alien madness intentionally unleashed on this country by the Biden-Harris administration, to the battle against the insanity of DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), the depravity of male athletes knock the hell out of female athletes in female sporting events, to making trade deals around the globe, to getting the attention of the mad mullahs in Tehran by obliterating key Iranian nuclear sites — the campaign donations continue to flow into Republican Party coffers like, as Trump might say, nobody's ever seen.

Democrats’ Woke Madness Pushes Voters to the Brink as Party Hits Rock Bottom

Turrentine didn’t hold back in his criticism, pointing out that the Democrats are trapped in a cycle of self-destruction. “Laura, you said it: it’s the definition of insanity: you just keep doing the same thing over and over again. And as a Democrat, it’s maddening that we’re still not serious,” Turrentine told host Laura Ingraham.

He went on to explain the root of the problem, stressing that the party’s woes stem from cultural alienation rather than a lack of aggression. “You said it: we haven’t lost 4.5 million voters, nor is our brand at a historic low, because we don’t fight hard enough. It’s because we remain completely culturally disconnected and we have absolutely no agenda.”

Turrentine contrasted this with President Trump’s approach, noting how Republicans focus on solutions while Democrats resort to smears and distractions. “You said earlier in your monologue: [President Donald] Trump’s trying to solve problems,” he continued.

“We always offer the three P’s: the personal attacks, which you just heard: ‘He’s a dictator and authoritative.’ We argue process: ‘Oh, he shouldn’t do this, he’s violating customs and norms.’ Or it’s the press: ‘It’s their job to do it.’ And then on the cultural issues — we literally have think tanks putting memos out that ‘these are the words you’re not supposed to say.’ You add it all up and we are not in good shape.”
