Women accused of threatening to kill Trump

U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., Jeanine Pirro revealed on Monday that authorities had nabbed a female suspect right in the heart of the capital for making direct threats against President Donald Trump. The suspect, Nathalie Rose Jones, faces federal charges for “knowingly and willfully threatening to take the life of the president of the United States,” as Pirro detailed in her announcement on X. Jones journeyed from New York to Washington, posting menacing calls on social media to see Trump wiped out.

Pirro laid out the chilling details: “She did come from New York to Washington, D.C., and she has been threatening and calling for the removal of the president and even worse as she got to D.C. Her threats were on Facebook and Instagram and she continues to call the president a terrorist and was working to have him eliminated. She is now in custody [and] she will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Make no mistake about that.”

Democrats have ramped up their extreme rhetoric, labeling Trump a “threat to democracy” and comparing him to dictators, which only encourages unhinged radicals to take matters into their own hands.

From top party leaders to media allies, the constant drumbeat of demonization has created an environment where plotting to assassinate the president seems justified to the deranged left.

There is no shortage of deranged Democrats these days.  But in the process, the Democrats are actually losing support of voters, with some polls indicating their support has dipped into the low thirties.  I think Jimmy Carter was the last Democrat I voted for.  While Carter was not a great president, he was not crazy.

It is absurd to suggest that Trump is a threat to democracy.  He has been an effective president who has helped the US recover from the Biden problems.
