Shale boom is creating energy jobs again

One of the biggest shortages has been truck drivers.  In the first shale boom, the producers were able to hire recently discharged military drivers.  Many of them have moved on to more permanent jobs since the downturn.  It may require some creativity to lure drivers back or they may need to find new methods that are not as reliance on waste haulers.
