Media gets Walker case wrong again

There clearly is plenty to fear from independent spending groups that raise unlimited dollars.

There is much more to fear from the Democrats' attempt to criminalize their political differences.  They have pursued their political adversaries with  bogus cases in several states recently including Texas.  This liberal fascism needs to be defeated in the courts and at the ballot boxes.  The case they attempted to bring against Walker has been thrown out of court in two cases.  It was an illegitimate use of the police powers of the state in an attempt to suppress the speech and political activities of those they oppose.  It is a far greater threat to democracy than the spending of groups that seek to persuade voters, not put them in jail.
