Arrogant IRS commissioner has a history

The IRS commissioner has been contributing to Dems for four decades

Koskinen will be back before Congress this evening for more questions about the IRS's "poor customer service."   He is not a likely person to bring fairness to the IRS operation for conservative groups that have been abused.
