Can he be trusted to use the money for stopping trafficking?
NY Times:
If you give the President the benefit of the doubt and say that the surge of illegal young people at the border is just the unintended consequences of his flawed immigration enforcement policy, how can you be certain he will fix the flaws and not just use the money to facilitate keeping these people here rather than deporting them? He has lost the trust of many Americans on the immigration issue. What we need is a change in the law that will treat the "other than Mexicans" the same way they treat Mexicans and allow immediate deportation without allow the newcomers to game the system or ignore court orders.Obama to Seek Funds to Stem Border Crossings
