Rumsfeld hammers Begium for frivalous war crimes lawsuits
The US will not approve expenditures for a new NATO headaquarters in Belgium until the law permitting war crimes cases from anywhere in the world is repealed. Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld gave Belgium six months to fix the problem.
Since the most dependable ally the US has in NATO is the UK, the headquarters should be moved there. It would also make it less vulnerable to attacks, since no one has been able to conquer the island nation since 1066.
