President Donald Trump unleashed a fiery rebuke against Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Wednesday, accusing him of orchestrating an “extortion” scheme by stalling Trump’s nominees in the Senate.

Posting from his Truth Social platform, Trump decried the unprecedented backlog of his appointees, claiming such delays are a first in U.S. history.

In his post, Trump blasted Schumer, dubbing him “Cryin’ Chuck” and alleging the senator demanded $2 billion in funding for the National Institutes of Health and foreign aid as a condition for approving hundreds of Trump’s nominees.

“Politically embattled Senator, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, wants the Republicans to pay, as extortion, two billion dollars in order for the radical left Democrats to approve the hundreds of Trump appointments who have been waiting for months, and are raring to go,” Trump wrote.

He urged Republicans to draft legislation to break free from what he called “country-hating thugs,” emphasizing the need for swift action to counter the Democrats’ tactics.

Shumer's attempt to have a Democrat spending spree should be rejected.  I would vote against the spending spree and for the Trump nominees.  Bondi should consider bringing an extortion charge against Schumer and the Democrats.
