Supreme Court should reject Democrats bad faith effort to see Trump's tax returns

Supreme Court casts some doubt on whether it should settle Trump’s fight with Congress over his finances

The order for additional briefing raised at least the possibility that the justices were looking for a way to avoid deciding the merits of the politically volatile case.
This is clearly a bad faith fishing expedition for which there is no probable cause for the subpoenas.  It should be rejected out of hand.
