Trump administration gets a start on border wall

NY Times:

Homeland Security Will Start Building Border Wall Prototypes This Summer

An official said the wall would not span all 1,900 miles of the border, but the Department of Homeland Security has identified some key areas for construction.
The prototype will be built as an extension of the current wall near San Diego.  There are parts of the border where there is a natural boundary which may not need a border wall.  It is also possible that a virtual wall may be put in place in some areas such as along the Rio Grade where Ranchers need access to the water.
