Does this explain why Congress is no longer eager to hear from Carter Page on Russia story?

Washington Post:
FBI questioned Trump campaign adviser Carter Page at length in Russia probe

Over a series of five meetings in March, Page denied wrongdoing when asked about allegations that he may have acted as a go-between for Russia and the campaign, according to a person familiar with Page’s account.
Page seems eager to testify and clear his name.  What is becoming clearer is that the Russian collusion story is cratering and the FBI's use of a FISA warrant against Page is looking like an abuse of power based on the dirty dossier put together by a Democrat opposition research team.  It is looking like the Obama administration mislead the FISA Court to spy on its domestic political opposition.
