A Yemeni money exchange was lauded for providing a crucial service even as terrorists reigned. But its dealings with Al Qaeda have put it in the cross hairs of the U.S. Treasury Department.
Anyone who finances one of the world leaders in mass murder should expect to the US Treasury Department to take an interest in their business.  If they want to continue to operate they better bring actionable intelligence against the Islamic religious bigots to the table.
