The US can put more pressure on countries to take back criminals deported by US

Washington Post:
Deporting convicted criminals is not as easy as it sounds

President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to kick out undocumented immigrants who have committed crimes, but dozens of countries don't want them back.
One of the things the US could do is deny visas to citizens of those countries who refuse to take back a criminal alien.  The Obama administration has been lax in using this power, but it would be effective for any country wishing to do business with the US.   If they still refused, I would consider strapping them in a parachute and dropping them into those countries.
