Trump wrote about WMD in Iraq a year before Bush took office

Trump’s old line about his opposing the Iraq War: “I’ll give you 25 different stories.” His new line after no one has found proof he actually opposed it: “I wasn’t a politician so people didn’t write everything I said.”

Donald Trump offered a new reason for why, after exhaustive searches, no one has found proof he opposed the Iraq War before it began: People didn’t write everything he said.

The comments are a stark difference from what The Donald said at a Republican debate in September of last year, when said he could provide 25 stories showing his early opposition to the Iraq War.

Similarly his 2000 book, The America We Deserve Trump noted Iraq was developing weapons of mass destruction and targeted Iraq strikes had little impact on their overall capabilities. The Donald said the best course might be against Iraq to “carry the mission to its conclusion.”

The story includes an excerpt from the book.  So the omnipresent Donald Trump not only thought there was WMD, but also thought it would be a good idea to do something other than air strikes.  Will he call his opponents a liar for pointing out what he said in his book?

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
