Calling the pro abortion lobby's bluff on 'women's health'

Washington Post:

The shift by antiabortion activists to spotlight women, rather than only the unborn child, has resulted in states across the country enacting stringent regulations on clinics and the doctors who work in them all in the name of protecting women from allegedly unsafe conditions.
The pro-abortion groups use the term "women's health" to describe the services offered at places like Planned Parenthood, and the states have called their bluff.  Now those groups are at the Supreme Court saying that their services have little to do with health.  If these groups are to win at the Supreme Court it will require some linguistic gymnastics by the abortion supporters.
