Ted Cruz explains why any Obama nomination to Supreme Court should be blocked


Stephenopolis throws out the Kennedy example, but Cruz reminds him that his nomination was that late because Democrat partisanship blocked two previous nominees.

Obama is also in a weak position for arguing against a filibuster of his nominee since he is the first President in history to have actually filibustered a Supreme Court nominee.
