Ted Cruz states the case for a presidential run

The speech highlighted his impressive delivery without a teleprompter or props.  While Cruz is back in the poles, he also started back in the poles in his race for the Senate which he eventually won in a landslide after a runoff.  It would be a mistake to discount his chances this early in the contest.  He is a smart guy who will force the other candidates to confront the issues that are important to conservative voters.
