President moves on from blaming Bush

NY Times:

Obama Seeking to Take Credit and Set Course for Economy

A new effort, which begins with a major policy address by the president on Wednesday, is intended to restart an economic conversation with the American public.
Obama's economic policies have been a disaster from Obamacare to his energy fiascoes.  He has had the worst economic performance sine the end of World War II and it would be even worse were it not for the innovations of the private sector in oil and gas production which are also creating the opportunity for a manufacturing revival.  That is where much of the jobs revival is taking place,

Student loan debt is hampering economic growth and he is doing nothing to stop the explosive growth in the cost of higher education where the administrators are living like the one percent by pushing predatory loans on unsophisticated students.  These loans are becoming a real drag on the economy and could have the same devastating effect as the Democrat push of loans to poor borrowers that caused the housing debacle.
