Want infrastructure improvement and middle class jobs, Mr. Obama? Approve the Keystone XL pipeline
It is Obama who is the primary obstructionist when it comes to building this pipeline and creating thousands of jobs while increasing energy security.  By blocking the pipeline Obama is outsourcing energy jobs to countries who don't have our interest at heart.   His opposition shows just how phone his pivot to jobs is.
