New Yorkers unhappy with FEMA efforts

The angry residents of Staten Island feel forgotten.  The administration's efforts are lackluster at best.  They are not getting the same empathy from Washington that New Orleans got after Katrina.  Democrats must be taking their votes for granted.  Since the victims are not largely black this time, there does not appear to be a sense of urgency in dealing with their problem.

These storms cause substantial damage sometimes and FEMA does not have adequate resources to deal with everything.  The State of New York is going to have to do more, but the liberals who run the state would rather spend their resources elsewhere, apparently.
