Obama has been secretive about things large and small.  His exercise of  executive privilege on a request for information about Fast and Furious is just one case in point.  He has also not been forthcoming about the al Qaeda attacks in Benghazi.  Members of his administration have tried to get around record keeping requirements and the head of the EPA has recently had to confess that she had a secret email account for transacting business that she did not want to become public.
