New Hampshire keeps the nipple offense on the books

New Hampshire Women Lose State Supreme Court Battle to Go Topless

In a 3-2 ruling, the justices ruled that a city ordinance barring women from showing their nipples was not a form of discrimination based on gender.
I have to admit that from the time I was born to this day over 74 years later I have never found nipples offensive.  In a place like New Hampshire, I suspect exposing them would be a seasonal matter and a short one at that.
