Does this explain why liberal fascism has found a home in Berkeley?

I had a sailing buddy who was from that part of California who used to call the city Bizerkley.  It seems to fit.  I think the city and its officials may be opening themselves to a suit for violations of civil rights under color of law.  It was used often during the civil rights era in the South.
