UK awash with oil as tankers forced to turn around

Oil demand is picking up but following a spell of record falls hitting utility companies such as Telecom Plus.

Unseasonably warm winter weather has left the UK with its highest October stockpiles of oil for the past five years, according to Government figures
It does say something about the persistence of the current oil glut.   Idle tankers are now becoming oil storage facilities.
