Putin--Life would be more peaceful if people would not resist aggression

Guardian:

President denies Russia has been aggressive in Ukraine and has encroached on the sovereignty of its neighbours

This guy is denying reality.  Is he delusional or pathological?  I don't think he will persuade many with this line of defense.
