Hillary Clinton does not know how jobs are created

That has to be one of the single most ignorant statements about the economy ever uttered by a serious candidate for President.  The oil and gas industry has created thousands of jobs during the shale revolution despite the anti energy policies of the Obama administration and if government created jobs then the stimulus boondoggle would have done so rather than creating bankruptcies of products the markets rejected.
