South Carolina has McCain and Huck in tie

On the Democrat side Obama is pulling away from Clinton.
In the national tracking poll Huckabee leads with just 23 percent, McCain is second with 20 percent, Romney has 18 percent and Thompson has 12. Giuliani is now down to 11 percent. These guys are going to be slugging it out for a while.
Around a third of the voters for each candidate say they still may change their mind. Before the Michigan primary McCain had a nine point lead. It appears he has negative momentum coming out of Michigan. McCain has also been hammered this week by several conservatives including most of the major talk show host. South Carolina is unlikely to settle this race.The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of South Carolina’s Republican Presidential Primary shows that John McCain and Mike Huckabee are tied at 24%. In a race that has already seen four different candidates with the lead, much could still change in the coming days--7% of voters have yet to make up their mind, 10% say there’s a good chance they could change their mind, and another 24% might change their mind.
