Coast Guard officer charged with threats to kill Trump

Another individual has been arrested for planning to assassinate President Donald Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel announced on Tuesday.

Authorities have charged Peter Stinson, a Virginia resident and former U.S. Coast Guard lieutenant, with allegedly making threats to kill Trump, according to court documents obtained by Fox News. Stinson served in the Coast Guard between 1988 and 2021.

During his service, Stinson was a sharpshooter and FEMA instructor.

Some of these threats, unsealed in an affidavit on Friday, draw parallels between Trump’s shooting and the executive-style murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson by Luigi Mangione.

On social media, Stinson wrote May 9 that Trump needs to be “[L]uigied” while other posts suggested he could obtain the guns, poison, or knives to carry out a more successful plot against Trump.

Stinson replied to another user at one point, saying he doesn’t have the “necessary skills” to get away with Trump’s murder, the NY Post reported.

The irrational hatred of Trump continues, but at least one of those with Trump derangement syndrome has been caught.  Trump has clearly been a good president and he is easily better than Biden was.  Add to that the fact that Biden was probably better than Kamala Harris or other high level Democrat alternatives.  At this point, Democrats do not have a better alternative to Trump.

Biden triggered inflation with his reckless spending.  It is back under control under Trump.  Trump also has a more successful foreign policy and most foreign leaders respect him.

Apple's huge investment in US including Texas facility

Blaze: Apple announced a $500 billion commitment to infrastructure in the United States over four years, its largest commitment to domestic spending to date. Apple said it will expand teams and facilities in Arizona, California, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and Washington as part of its new spending. With a new facility in Houston, Texas, Apple will reportedly double its investment in advanced manufacturing along with increasing investments in AI and silicon engineering. The company said in a press release that the Houston facility will produce servers to support Apple Intelligence, the "personal intelligence system that helps users write, express themselves, and get things done." ... The Texas facility will be for advanced technologies.   Texas has become a place that is very supportive of the tech industries.  Austin and Houston have seen much of the tech growth in the state.  Texas universities have been active in the AI field.
