This is not a hard decision--Who has contributed the most to stopping ISIL?

Politico:
ISIL fight forces U.S. to choose between allies

Syrian Kurds are serving as 'boots on the ground' against the Islamic State, but Turkey opposes their involvement.
The Turks have been worthless allies in this fight to date, and there is substantial evidence they have been helping ISIL.  While the Kurds are the only real effective fighting force in the region that is willing to take on ISIL.  Even with the Turks belated involvement, they are just wanting to join the pin prick air campaign that is not even targeting hundreds of ISIL training camps.  Even with their large army, the Turks are not committing ground troops to destroy ISIL.  They are just using this campaign as an excuse to attack the Kurds who are actually doing the fighting.
